Regulations of the LusiStore.pl online store

§1. General provisions

  1. The lusistore.pl online store is owned by the company NAME, ADDRESS , NIP: NIP Regon: Regon
  2. Making a purchase constitutes acceptance of all provisions of these regulations.
  3. Product prices listed in the lusistore.pl store are given in PLN and include all components, customs duties and taxes, and do not include shipping costs.
  4. The prices quoted for the goods are those applicable at the time of ordering.
  5. Placing an order via the lusistore.pl website constitutes a legally binding sales contract.
  6. The lusistore.pl online store reserves the right to change the prices of goods and shipping prices included in the offer, to add and remove goods from the offer, as well as to temporarily close the store.
  7. Internet shop lusistore.pl reserves the right to conduct and cancel promotional campaigns on the Store's website, or to introduce changes therein.
  8. In the event of the purchase of an item for which an incorrect price has been entered, either due to a store staff or server error, the buyer will be informed of this fact and the order will be canceled.

§2. Terms of order and sale

  1. The condition for making a purchase in the store is to provide true personal data and a correct shipping address.
  2. To make a purchase, please enter your details in the form using the email address you provided.
  3. The order is approved for execution upon receipt of information from the store system (submission of the order by the customer and payment) and sending confirmation to the customer by e-mail.
  4. Orders placed on weekdays after 2:00 PM, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders may be confirmed by store staff by phone or email before processing.
  5. Orders for goods are accepted 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by:

  6. The photos and other forms of visualization and presentation of items presented on the store's website do not reflect their actual size and are for informational purposes only.

§3. Shipping time - Order fulfillment

  1. The delivery time includes the time of order completion and the time of delivery by the courier company.
  2. If the ordered goods are not in stock, the store will immediately inform the Ordering Party about the fastest possible delivery date, and if stocks are exhausted, about the impossibility of fulfilling the order.
  3. We typically ship ordered goods within 1-3 business days (Monday-Sat) after the order is approved for processing (this time may be longer during periods of high order volume, such as Black Friday, before holidays, during promotions, etc.). If this timeframe is exceeded, we will inform the customer about a delayed shipment. The maximum time from order approval to shipment is 5 business days.
  4. The lusistore.pl online store is not responsible for late delivery of the parcel by the courier company.
  5. Goods ordered in the store lusistore.pl are sent to any specified addresses.

§4. Payments and Transportation

PAYMENT BEFORE SHIPPING

  1. In the online store lusistore.pl you can pay for your order in the following ways:
    1. by payment card or bank transfer using the payment system integrated with the store - PayU

    4. Delivery terms at lusistore.pl
      1. Goods are shipped to the address indicated on the order form or provided via email. The Store will immediately notify the Customer of any incorrectly completed order form, which prevents or may delay shipment.
      2. The goods are delivered via the courier company DHL, USP, USPS, Inpost or to an Inpost parcel locker and Polish Post. Shipping time: 1 to 3 business days
      3. The customer is charged with delivery (shipping) costs specified in the transport price list.
      4. Prices are quoted individually, depending on the size and weight of the shipment. The price is displayed when the order is placed, or after prior contact with the seller.
      5. We ship international orders via DPD, DHL, Poczta Polska, USPS, USP and In Post.
        1. Delivery time within Poland is 2-3 days.
        2. Delivery time within the European Union is about 5-10 days.
        3. Delivery time outside the EU is approximately 7-14 days

§5. Receipts

  1. A receipt is attached to every completed order.
  2. Please keep your receipt in case of any returns or complaints.

§7. Returns and Complaints

  1. Return terms without giving reasons:
    1. Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000, on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by dangerous products, the buyer has the right to return the purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Returns are accepted only if the goods are returned to the company. lusistore.pl information about withdrawal from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods and returning the goods intact and complete.
    2. The refund of the value of the goods will be made to the indicated account within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the return by the store staff.
    3. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
    4. Returned products should be sent to the following address: packed in a rigid protective packaging to prevent creasing and damage.   2. Complaint conditions:
    1. If the item ordered by the customer does not comply with the order specifications or is defective, the store, after accepting the complaint, will replace the defective product with a new one, repair it or refund its value.
    2. A complaint regarding a purchased item is only possible if it is unused, complete, and undamaged by the customer. This condition does not apply to complaints filed under warranty provisions.
    3. In order for your complaint to be processed quickly, you must:
      1. Please send the goods to the following address: -   packed in a stiffened protective packaging to prevent creasing and damage to the bag.
      2. Please attach the original invoice to the goods you send to us.
      3. Shipping costs related to the complaint are covered by the company, according to the price list of Poczta Polska for domestic priority shipments.
      4. The refund of the value of the goods will be made to the account indicated in the return form within 7 business days from the date of acceptance of the return by the store staff.
      5. Differences resulting from the individual settings of the Customer's computer (colour, proportions, etc.) cannot be the basis for a complaint regarding the purchased goods.
      6. Complaints are not subject to: natural wear and tear of the product, products with mechanical damage or damage resulting from lack of or improper maintenance.

§8. Privacy Policy

The Customer's consent to the processing of personal data by Lusi Store is voluntary. However, failure to consent to the processing of personal data will prevent registration and purchases from the online store. All information regarding personal data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.

§9. Cookie Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's devices using Cookies, used to display websites requested by the User, by the (Personal Data Administrator).

  1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, it is impossible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter Users' Devices this way.   7. The User may independently and at any time change their Cookie settings, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by Cookie files to the User's Device. The User may change the settings referred to in the preceding sentence using the web browser settings. These settings can be changed, in particular, to block the automatic handling of Cookies in the web browser settings or to notify the User each time Cookies are placed on the User's Device.
