How long will I wait for my order?

All products in the store are available immediately and will be shipped within 48 hours of payment verification. More information can be found here.

What is the product return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can send it to us via any courier or Poczta Polska. The product must be unused. Upon receipt, it will be inspected and, if it shows no signs of use, your money will be refunded to your account.

Who made my product?

All products available in the store are created in a Wrocław-based studio. The models are designed by the brand's founder, Lusi Kozlovska.

Can I order outside of Poland?

Yes, our store offers delivery outside of Poland. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs can be found here.
