1.1 The controller of the personal data of Service Recipients/Customers collected via the Online Store is the Seller. 1.2. The personal data of Service Recipients/Customers collected by the controller via the Online Store are collected – in accordance with the will of the Service Recipient/Customer – for the purpose of fulfilling the Sales Agreement or the contract for the provision of Electronic Services. 1.3. Possible recipients of the personal data of Online Store Customers: 1.3.1. In the case of a Customer who uses postal or courier delivery in the Online Store, the Controller makes the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected carrier or intermediary carrying out shipments on behalf of the Controller. 1.3.2. In the case of a Customer who uses electronic payment or payment card payment in the Online Store, the Controller makes the collected personal data of the Customer available to the selected entity handling such payments in the Online Store. 1.4. The Service Recipient/Customer has the right to access and correct their data. A request in this regard may be submitted, for example: 1.4.1. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide the personal data specified in the Terms and Conditions required to conclude a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Services will result in the inability to conclude such agreement. The data required to conclude a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Services are also indicated on the Online Store website each time before concluding a given agreement.
